This is the first step to a healthy home. If you are wondering if your home has mold or if you actually have seen mold and wonder why or how big the problem is, a home mold inspection is where you start. 

The inspection includes an evaluation of the home or building for issues that are or may be contributing to a mold issue. Includes advice on build environment issues and mitigation suggestions. You will receive a report that includes images for reference.

This is a visual inspection only and does not include any type of air testing or sampling. Tests may be added to the inspection with a cost of $105 per sample. No samples will be taken without your express consent.

Secure your inspection with a $285 deposit (minimum charge) and we will contact you to book the inspection. Final price is determined by square footage of the home. $285 covers the first 2,000 square feet (or less) and then each additional square foot is $.05

For example, an 2,800 square foot house:
$285 (base fee) +
800 square feet X $.05 ($40)
= $325 + GST
 
What happens next?
If your home or building has a mold problem we will discuss with you our recommendations for remediation. If our mold killing/sanitization services are contracted, we apply a partial credit ($245) to the final invoice.
