We are looking for an experienced industry professional who wants to help grow a specialized company and eventually step into partnership or ownership.
The Opportunity
All Clear Mold & Pathogen Solutions Inc. provides advanced, science-based sanitization for mold, pathogens, and biotoxin contamination — with a special focus on mold-sensitized clients.
Traditional remediation removes damaged materials. We go further — eliminating residual contamination so it cannot take hold again.
We are building a specialized, high-standard company in a growing niche — and we want someone who will treat this business as if it were their own from day one.
This role begins as casual / part-time, allowing you to maintain your current employment while we grow together. The goal is to scale into full-time leadership as the company expands.
Who This Role Is For
This is for someone who:

Is already certified and working in mold remediation, inspection, or restoration

Understands building science and field operations

Has seen industry shortcomings and wants to raise the standard

You must be willing to:

Continually pursue advanced certifications

Travel for specialized training if required

Go well beyond basic remediation courses

Evolve into a sales and client acquisition role

The Role (Initial Phase)

Perform advanced mold and pathogen sanitization
-
Lead projects independently once trained

Maintain impeccable documentation and protocol adherence

Communicate with health-sensitive clients professionally and empathetically

Contribute to operational improvements

Participate in consultative conversations with potential clients

Assist in building referral relationships

Required
Active industry certifications (example: NORMI, IICRC, MICRO, HIABC)
