Our proprietory mold removal and sterilization process uses a two-step system to create a safe, non-toxic 'vapour cloud' that fills and penetrates every critical surface in homes, commercial, or industrial spaces. This 'dry cloud' is comprised of microscopic particules that kill everything from black mold fungi to bacteria and viruses on contact - without leaving any wet residue.

We are seeking someone to take on the position of LEAD TECHNICIAN. This is not just any position or opportunity. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, interested in helping to grow a business and will enjoy earnings directly proportional to their work performance. 

As LEAD TECHNICIAN you will work solo or with an assistant to clear buildings of mold, bacteria and virus. The LEAD TECHNICIAN will also perform mold inspections and follow up testing. The service vehicle and all equipment will need to be properly secured and maintained as part of the agreement. While the process is demoliton free, there is opportunity for the LEAD TECHNICIAN to expand the scope of work performed. While marketing will be handled separately, a commission will be paid for jobs acquired by the LEAD TECHNICIAN.

Training will be hands-on with the owner for a period of time and then ongoing and so the candidate must be interested in constantly updating their knowledge base.

EXPERIENCE:

 

• Basic to advanced understanding of building structures and systems

• Previous experience and/or certifications in mold inspection or mold remediation an asset

• Excellent client relations skills. Mold issues are often anxiety causing for clients. There is much to communicate and relationship building skills are key

• Must have a valid driver's licence, clean driving abstract and bondable​

• Proven capability of working independently

• A background in construction would be an asset
