Location: Lower Mainland, BC, Fraser Valley, Sea to Sky, Sunshine Coast
Company: All Clear Mold & Pathogen Solutions Inc.
Future Opportunity: Option to partner in or purchase the business

About Us
All Clear Mold & Pathogen Solutions Inc. deploys a science-based sanitization protocol proven to destroy mold spores, bacteria, and viruses — including what cannot be seen by the naked eye. While traditional remediation focuses on removing source contamination and unrestorable building materials, our proprietary protocol goes further, completing the remediation process by eliminating residual contamination so it cannot take hold again. This is especially critical for mold-sensitized individuals, a growing and underserved population.
As we continue to specialize in advanced sanitization for sensitized clients, we are seeking an exceptional Remediation Technician to join our team — someone entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, compassionate, and motivated to grow with (and potentially into ownership of) the business.
Position Overview
The Remediation Technician supports and performs mold and pathogen sanitization services using our proprietary technology and procedures. You will begin by working alongside our Lead Technician and, once trained, will transition into independent field work. This role requires strong communication skills, technical ability, problem-solving, and a genuine desire to help people.
Key Responsibilities
-
Perform mold and pathogen removal using specialized, science-based biotoxin decontamination protocols
-
Support and execute demolition tasks when required (while our technology is demolition-free, some projects include material removal)
-
Conduct specialized cleaning procedures according to approved protocols
-
Document work completed, maintain highly accurate records, and communicate progress clearly with clients and team members
-
Interact with clients with professionalism and empathy, particularly those experiencing stress or health concerns related to mold
-
Maintain a high level of organization, attention to detail, and quality control
-
Assist the Lead Technician during training period; later perform solo remediation assignments
-
Maintain service vehicle and equipment in clean, functional condition
-
Work safely in diverse environments, including attics, crawlspaces, and confined spaces while wearing full PPE
-
Commit to ongoing education, certifications, and technical training (online and/or travel-based)
Required Qualifications & Attributes
-
Strong client-service orientation and excellent interpersonal communication skills
-
Proven ability to work independently and problem-solve in the field
-
Detail-oriented with strong documentation and record-keeping skills

Basic to advanced understanding of building structures and systems (home inspector or mold inspector experience ideal)
-
Interest or background in indoor air quality, environmental health, or related sciences
-
Willingness and enthusiasm to learn new technologies, protocols, and scientific advancements
-
Ability to travel for training and complete required certifications within defined timelines
-
Comfortable working in tight spaces and donning full-face respirators and PPE
