For this reason, the evaluation is not free of charge — it is an investment in the health, safety, and longevity of your home.

• Cost: $285 + GST If mold is identified and our sanitization/biodecontamination services are contracted, this fee is credited in full toward the final invoice.
  

• What’s Included: A comprehensive visual evaluation of the home or building to identify conditions that may be contributing to mold growth, along with expert guidance on building-environment issues and mitigation strategies.
  

• Optional Testing: Air or surface testing may be added at $105 per sample, with your express consent. All samples are analyzed by a third-party laboratory. Testing fees are not eligible for credit.
  

• Next Steps: We adjust the quote as necessary making sure to apply your credit and get your home healthier as soon as you are ready.
